1. Processing & Handling Time

Because our pickles are prepared in small batches to maintain authentic taste and quality, please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing and packaging before shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

Standard Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons, extreme weather conditions, or remote locations.
3. Packaging & Transit

Our pickles are carefully packed in secure, leak-proof jars and padded heavily to prevent breakage during transit.

Since our products are oil- and spice-based, slight shifting inside the jar during transit is completely normal.
4. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are 100% accurate at the time of checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt (e.g., customer unavailable after multiple attempts), additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the order.
5. Damaged Items During Transit

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your jar arrives cracked or damaged, please refer immediately to our Returns & Refund Policy regarding the mandatory 24-hour unboxing video requirement to claim a replacement or refund.
